Sheep and Old Barn Dawn's Early Light Burlington Washington Monet Version
This old barn looks like the next big gust of wind could knock it over while the sheep graze in the pasture. This is a Monet Impression rendering of this photo taken on 4/8/18 at dawn's early light golden hour on a cloudy and rainy morning near Burlington, Washington. This old barn with the back end tilting at a precarious angle looked like a strong gust of wind might blow it over at any moment, and we had plenty of them over this breezy weekend. But as I took this photo early yesterday morning, the sheep seemed unperturbed and were keeping their distance out of harm's way for the moment. Not seeing a shepherd nearby, I offered them a word of advice for safety measures during a storm and tips on organizing an emergency response team. A couple of lambs listened patiently, but the others, not so much.
